Operations Manager
Please note that only applicants with small business experience within the West Midlands area will be considered for this position.
The successful candidate will develop, implement and manage the strategic planning for manned guarding services in accordance with company polices.
Profile
Successful candidate should have: experience in a similar role within the small organisation , highly developed communication skills, experience of building and developing teams and coordinating projects, can do attitude, ability to effectively deal with problems, provide solutions in various situations and ensure customers expectations are exceeded in all situations.
Experience with computers, including advanced MS Office and Outlook is a must.
Duties and responsibilities
- Providing oversight to front line employees and their training, developing, implementing and maintaining security procedures, ensuring smooth running of the services.
Reducing employees exposure to risk, assessing risk, identifying significant security problems, responding to accidents and incident, limiting financial loss to the company. Supervising of profitability of the contracts executed by the company.
- Responding to clients queries, supporting other managers and clients in a timely manner ensuring the high level of provided services. Ensuring legal obligations and standards requirements are met.
- Monitoring implementation of procedures, standards, training in order to protect assets, personnel, property against assault, theft, unauthorised disclosure, vandalism etc.
